For security and administrative reasons, each individual must have their own account to book a session at Savu Saunas. Unfortunately, you cannot schedule a session for someone else from your account. Every guest must create their own account on our app, book their own session, and agree to the terms of sauna use independently. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth and secure experience for all our guests.
Yes, we understand that some of our members may need to pause their membership due to work commitments or other reasons. We strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. If you would like to arrange a pause for your membership, please email us at info@savusaunas.com.au, and we will assist you with the process.
Currently, ice baths are not available on a regular basis. While we would love to offer them full-time, maintaining the high standards that align with the Savu Saunas brand requires more resources than we currently have. As our Savu family grows, your experience remains our top priority. To ensure that every visit meets our quality standards, ice baths will now be available exclusively on pop-up days. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to provide the best possible experience for all our guests.
Yes, our saunas are wheelchair accessible to ensure all guests can enjoy our facilities. If you require accessibility accommodations, please contact us in advance at info@savusaunas.com.au. We are committed to making your experience comfortable and accommodating to your needs.
