Savu Saunas announced as 2025 Telstra Best of Business Awards State Finalist!

Savu Saunas is proud to announce that we've been recognised as a Tasmanian State Finalist in the 2025 Telstra Best of Business Awards, across two categories – Championing Health and Outstanding Growth.

Founded in 2023, Savu has quickly transformed under-utilised public spaces across Tasmania into inclusive, accessible hot and cold therapy hubs. From Bluff Beach in Devonport to Cradle Mountain, our saunas have become iconic destinations that support physical and mental wellbeing while building stronger community connections.

Founder Brad McDonald said the recognition reflects the support of the community, strong partnerships with councils and sporting clubs, and Savu’s commitment to helping Tasmanians live healthier, more connected lives.

Winners will be announced in October 2025.

DEVONPORT BLUFF SAUNA IS NOW OPEN!

We’re excited to announce the opening of our newest sauna location at Devonport Bluff! With stunning ocean views, this location is the perfect addition to our Penguin Oval and Devonport Oval sites.

Bookings are now open and available through the SAVU SAUNAS app or on the bookings page of our website.

Devonport Bluff is easily accessible—just head past the Mersey Bluff Caravan Park reception, turn left at the roundabout, and find us 200m ahead on the right.

SAVU'S FIRST CHARITY EVENT

Savu's first charity event was a beep test fun run to support DIllon Goss in his mission to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Our event was a huge success, and we plan to do it all again in the future. Thank you to everyone that turned up and showed your support, all profits raised will be donated towards SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY. Dillon has now completed his run around Tasmania and raised $30,000.
