What to bring

• Two towels; one for sitting on and one for drying off after using the shower. 
• Plenty of water; we recommend bringing at least one litre with you. Ensure you are hydrated before, during and after your session. 

• Please arrive at least five minutes early to get settled and be ready when your session starts. 
• Each session lasts for 50 minutes.  
• Upon your arrival, the sauna door will be unlocked.
• At the ramp, you’ll find a designated storage box where you can place your personal belongings. Additionally, there are wall hooks available for hanging your towels. and other items.
• Please note that our saunas are monitored by security to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.  

• To ensure a smooth transition for all our guests, please be out of the sauna and ready to leave by ten minutes to the hour. 
• We also ask that you leave the sauna clean and tidy, just as you found it, to help us keep the space welcoming for all visitors.
• Remember to stay hydrated after your session ends.
