Before logging into the new Savu app for the first time, you’ll need to set a new password usiy.r in use. All bookings will now be made through our new Savu Saunas app or via the Book Online page on our website.
1. Delete the old Savu app
The previous Savu app will no longer work for bookings, please delete it from your phone.
2. Use the same email address you have previously used with Savu/Mindbody
Your new Savu account has been created using the email address attached to your previous Mindbody account.
3. Set a new password
Before logging into the new Savu app for the first time, you’ll need to set a new password using your same email address.
4. Download the new SAVU Saunas app
Once you’ve set your new password, download the new Savu Saunas app and log in using your same email address and new password.
5. Book as normal
You can now book and manage your sessions through the new Savu Saunas app or through the Book Online page on our website.
Your existing future bookings have also been transferred. You do not need to rebook them.
If your membership, credits or bookings aren’t showing, or you can’t access your account, please don’t create another account.
